          Today the case was fixed for filing evidence on behalf of complainant. At this stage, complainant appeared in person with counsel Sh. Vinay Singh before the court and stated that “matter has been compromised between the parties and that as per compromise I have received cheque no. 769337 dated 20.1.2024 for an amount of Rs. 12,57,635/- drawn on PNB Bank, Gurgram as full and final settlement and now I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn leaving the parties to bear their own costs”.  Statement to this effect recorded separately. Heard. Keeping in view of the statement of complainant, complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
