Present:-    None for the appellant.              

          Again none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant. Perusal of the record reveals that it was way back on 13.03.2021 when Sh. Rajiv Malik Advocate had appeared before this Commission on behalf of appellant but thereafter despite this appeal having been adjourned on several occasions no one has appeared to represent the appellant. Even it also evolves from the record that the correct address for effecting service upon respondent-company has also not been furnished consistently for the corresponding period. This shows perhaps appellant has lost his interest to continue with the present appeal which was originally filed in the year of 2019.

          It is 2.00 P.M, again this appeal has been called out but none has come forward to appear in the Court. As such this appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
