ORDER

This case was adjourned sine-die vide order dated 09.01.2014. The same is revived and taken on board for hearing.

                   It is stated by Sh. Deepanjit Singh, Senior Manager (Legal) of the judgment debtors that in Execution Application No.215 of 2017 filed by the decree holder, the entire matter was settled between the parties vide order dated 08.09.2017 passed by this Commission. It is further stated that in terms of the aforesaid order, an amount of Rs.1,60,000/- stood paid to the decree holder through cheque, which was sent to the decree holder vide letter dated 06.10.2017. Photocopy of the said letter and the cheque has been placed on record.

                   In view of above, this execution application be become infructuous having been fully satisfied and disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent  to the parties, free of charge.
