ORDER

                    Sh. Jaswant Rai Saini, complainant No.1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I have received demand drafts bearing Nos.353888, dated 21.01.2016 for Rs.10997/- in favour of Jaswant Rai Saini and No.353889, dated 21.01.2016 for Rs.10997/- in favour of Dimple Saini in compliance of the order dated 01.10.2012. I do not wish to press this execution application. So, this execution application be dismissed as withdrawn”.

 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. Warrants / certificate, sent in this case be recalled.

 

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
