After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars.

                    Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                    On Counsel’s filing in the office one photocopy of the entire complaint, all the three original copies be returned to him within a week.
