1. Dr. Jagdep Singh (In fact Dr. Jagdeep Singh) son of Inderpal Singh, resident of House No.1272, Sector 42-B, Chandigarh.
2. Mrs. Sukhdeep Kaur Walia wife of Jagdeep Singh, resident of House No.1272, Sector 42-B, Chandigarh.

1. M/s Omaxe Chandigarh Extension Developers Pvt. Ltd., 10, LSC, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019, through its MD.
2. M/s Omaxe Chandigarh Extension Developers Pvt. Ltd., SCO 143-144, 1^st floor, Sector 8-C, Madhaya Marg, Chandigarh 160008 through its MD/Authorised Signatory.

                                          ….Opposite Parties.

Complaint under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

ORDER

 

             With efforts made by the Counsel  for the parties, this matter has been settled. Settlement Deed is taken on record as Exhibit A-1.

2.         In terms of terms and conditions mentioned in the Settlement Deed, referred to above, the Consumer Complaint stands disposed of. If any dispute arises in future qua non-compliance of terms and conditions of the Settlement Deed, the complainants shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint.

3.         Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
