ORDER

          We are of the opinion that evidence can better be led before the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, as the property is situated in District SAS Nagar (Punjab).

                   After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it before the competent Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainants.

                    Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
