         It is admitted by both the Counsel for the parties that the dispute has been settled and a settlement deed has been prepared today and signed by the parties.

                 In view of above, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint.

                 Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the complainants to file a-fresh complaint in case parties failed to act upon the settlement deed dated 24.06.2016.
