It is stated by Counsel for the complainants and not controverted by Counsel opposite, on getting instructions from Sh.Atul Arya, Manager of M/s Omaxe Chandigarh Extension Developers, that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

                    In view of above, it is stated by Counsel for the complainants that let this complaint be dismissed as withdrawn.

                    Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
