ORDER

                    Brig. B.S. Taunque, complainant No.2 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “I do not press this complaint as the amount exceeds Rs.20 lacs. This complaint be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants reserve their right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate authority/court/forum having jurisdiction over the matter”.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant No.2, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/Court/Forum/Commission, as per law, having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter.

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainants free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
