     Counsel for complainants has made statement in the shape of endorsement on the order sheet itself to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint before the Hon’ble State Commission. In view of the said statement in the shape of endorsement made by the counsel for complainants, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainants to file fresh before the Hon’ble State Commission.
