ORDER

At the time of arguments, this matter has amicably been settled.

                   It is agreed that the Opposite Parties shall refund the amount paid by the complainant with 10.50 % interest from the respective dates of deposits made. Besides that, the Opposite Parties shall also make payment of an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards litigation expenses.

                   Sh. Munish Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Parties, on getting instructions from Mr. Dheeraj Sharma, Authorised Representative of the Opposite Parties, stated that the amount with interest and litigation charges shall be paid within 2 months from today i.e. by 31.07.2016, failing which, this complaint shall be deemed to have been allowed and the entire amount paid shall become refundable with interest @12% per annum from the date of deposits, till the amount is not paid.

                   In view of the above settlement, the complaint stands disposed of.      

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
