Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the Opposite Party, which is taken on record.

                    Counsel for the complainants states that the matter has amicably been settled. He has placed on record copy of the settlement deed dated 06.02.2017.  Counsel for the complainants states that the complainants has no grouse left against the Opposite Party in terms of the complaint filed.

                   In view of the aforesaid settlement, this complaint stands dismissed having been compromised.
