Complainant and O.P. are present. Ld. Advocate for the Complainant files a petition with a prayer to withdraw the case. The photocopy of the identity proof of the Complainant is filed and let the same be kept with the record.

 

From the content of the petition it appears that the Complainant intend to withdraw the case with a liberty to sue afresh.

 

On Doc, the Complainant present in person stated categorically that she is withdrawing the case hat her own accord without having any influence from any corner.

 

Under such circumstances, this Commission has no predicament to allow the prayer of the Complainant.

 

Hence,

It is ordered:-

 

Let the Complainant is hereby permitted to withdraw the case and with a liberty to sue afresh.
