Complainant called out absent.  No representation of behalf of complainant as per the observations made by this Commission dated 27.09.2022 that in spite of giving sufficient opportunities for more than 1 ½ years the complainant does not turn up and not shown interest to file affidavit.  Therefore, considering the nature of the complaint this case was adjourned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- and posted to this day for filing affidavit as last chance.  Even then the complainant not present and not filed affidavit and remained absent.  In view of the complainant failed to file affidavit he has not proved his complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for default/for non-prosecution.
