Today again none has come present on behalf of the Complainant despite several calls nor tendered evidence on behalf of the complainant .  In the interest of justice, the matter  be called after lunch again.

After lunch, case called again thrice times, but none has come present on behalf of the complainant, nor tendered evidence. Perusal of the record shows that from the last 8 hearings, none has come present on behalf of the complainant.  It is presumed that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case and hence, the complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
