Learned counsel for the complainant states that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and pursuant to the settlement a fresh agreement dated 22.08.2013 has been executed between the parties, copy of which has already been filed in the Registry. In view of the above settlement, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw this complaint. Complaint is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
