The DH, Sh.Pushpinder Singh Sidhu has got recorded his separate statement to the effect that the JDs/National Insurance Company has deposited Rs.20,000/- through RTGS in his account of HDFC Bank as full & final settlement of his claim in compliance of order dated 07.02.2024 passed by this Commission & he withdraws the execution application being fully satisfied

In view of statement suffered by the DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
