ORDER

Mr. Yogesh Malhotra, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party-Insurance Company states that a sum of Rs. 22 lacs was paid to the complainant during the pendency of the complaint and pursuant to the interim direction.  After the final order, the opposite party has paid a further sum of Rs. 7,93,251/- to the complainant by means of a Cheque No. 817136 dated 22.9.2011 alongwith calculations.

          In our view, the opposite party-insurance company has fully discharged its liability.  However, if any, discrepancy is found, the complainant is permitted to approach this Commission. 

The Execution Application stands disposed of.
