Parties present. The Complainant files two petitions, The First petition relates to the decision of this Forum on the adjournment cost on previous occasions. It is observed that the Complainant himself was absent on six consecutive dates without steps. Since the Forum has already gone ahead on this matter and heard the parties, the application for the cost of adjournment becomes infrustuous and thereof not allowed. The other issue relates to his petition in the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for the transfer of this case to District Nagoan, Assam. Since the decision on the matter is sub judice in the National Commission, let this case be kept pending till the decision of the National Commisssion. Put up the case record accordingly after receipt of the order from the National Forum.
