This order shall dispose the application dated 02/05/2013 file by the Decree Holder for appropriate directions to the Judgment Debtor.

Arguments heard.  It is a clear case and stated position that this Forum, in its note as the Executing Court, cannot go beyond the directions in its own Decree and order in the matter.

This Court shall execute the Decree it has earlier passed and cannot extend scope of the same.
