As per the order-sheet, it is evident that a compromise (Paper Nos. 86 to 87) has been submitted before this Commission on behalf of the parties to the appeal, which was duly accepted on record. 

As the compromise (Paper Nos. 86 to 87) submitted on behalf of the parties has already been accepted on record, hence the appeal is hereby decided in terms of the compromise, which shall form part of the order / decree.  Both the parties shall bear their own costs.

The demand draft No. 003694 dated 08.08.2024 for Rs. 28,000/- issued by Axis Bank Ltd. submitted on behalf of the appellants in favour of respondent – M/s Mayur Auto Pvt. Ltd., be handed over to respondent.

The amount deposited by the appellants with this Commission, be released in their favour.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.  The original record of the District Commission be also remitted back forthwith.
