Final Order / Judgement

Heard Mr.S.S. Gupta, learned counsel, appearing for the complainant. Also heard Mr. N. Sahu, learned counsel, appearing  for the opposite party.

             A Deed of Compromise/Settlement dated 24th January, 2018 has been filed by both the parties stating therein that they have amicably settled the matter outside the Court.

             In view of the above settlement arrived at between the parties, nothing survives to be decided on merit on the complaint case.

             Accordingly, the present complaint is disposed of on being  settled in terms of the Deed of Compromise/Settlement dated 24th January, 2018 signed by the parties.

             Both the parties shall be bound by the terms of the Deed of Compromise/Settlement.

             The Deed of Compromise/Settlement dated 24th January, 2018 shall form part of record and the same is marked as  X for identification.
