ORDER

 

 

  1. The present complaint has been preferred by complainant-Rajat Kuchhal under Section 17 (1) (a) (i) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 against M/s Mapsko Builders Private Limited-opposite party wherein he has sought issuance of directions to the opposite party to refund the amount deposited i.e. Rs.41,50,962/- with interest @ 18% per annum as per calculation sheet from the respective deposits till its realization.
  2. Counsel appearing for the opposite party confirms the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties and he states that he has no objection if the complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint.
  3. In view of the above, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
  4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
  6. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
