ORDER

                   Sh. I.P. Singh counsel  for the OP has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

“The OP shall make the payment of the amount deposited by the complainant with interest @9% p.a. from the date of deposit till date within a period of  60 days from today.  This proposal has been mutually agreed between the parties and they shall remain bound by their statements.”

                   Sh. Ajay Singh, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

“I have heard and read the statement of counsel for the OP and I agree with the same.”

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP shall make the payment of the amount deposited by the complainant with interest @9% p.a. from the date of deposit till date within a period of  60 days from today i.e. 20.10.2016., failing which the OP shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @24% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
