ORDER

Counsel for the complainant and Sh.Dipinder Singh, Advocate alongwith Sh.Arvinder Singh, Company Secretary of the Opposite Parties state that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties. As per settlement arrived at, the Opposite Parties shall make payment of interest @7% p.a. (simple) on the principal amount of Rs.13,87,500/- upto 31.03.2018 by way of demand draft on 15.04.2018. It is further agreed that the principal amount of Rs.13,87,500/- shall be paid in two equated installments by way of demand drafts payable on 15.05.2018 & 30.06.2018.

                In view of settlement arrived at, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint.

                Ordered accordingly.

                It is made clear that if commitment made is not honoured, the order passed shall be treated as an executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to file an execution application.

                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
