After arguing for some-time when confronted with the provision of Clause 35 of the Plot Buyer’s Agreement signed between the parties on 11.04.2016, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again, if need be.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
