ORDER

            In compliance of the order dated 6.1.2012, the complainant handed over to the counsel for OP No.1 & 2 draft of Rs.20,000/- dated 13.1.2012 bearing draft No.050849 favouring M/s Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. drawn on The Chandigarh State Co-op Bank Ltd. Photocopy of draft in question in token of receipt retained on record. It is made clear that OP No.1 & 2 would be free to sell the vehicle and keep the sale proceeds with them and with regard to it, the complainant will not raise any objection. It is further made clear that in case complainant has sold the vehicle or there is dispute with regard to it, it will be his sole responsibility and he will indemnify OP No.1 & 2. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
