Complainant filed a petition for allowing daily newspaper publication as alternative service upon O.p. No.1,4 and 5

The petition is heard ,considered and allowed.

Considering the case record and the argument of both the parties the petition for paper publication is allowed.Notice is sent two times through Indian post office but return with remarks not delivered addresse also sent and to publish the notice at well circulated daily newspaper. Before published the notice the draft copy shall be approved by the office of this Commission.
