                   Today Ld. President is on Addl. Duty at DCDRC, Bhiwani.

                   File put up before Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for the DH made a statement that he has received the full and final payment in the present execution. So, he withdraws the present execution being fully satisfied.

                   Hence in view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the DH, the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
