                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has received a DD bearing No.655711 dated 12.11.2021 amounting to Rs.1,00,000/-(Rs. One lac only), cheque no.000342 dated 30.5.2002 amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two lac only), cheque no.000343 dated 30.7.2022 amounting to Rs.2,18,000/- and cheque no.000344 dated 30.9.2022 amount to Rs.2,18,000/- from the opposite parties no.1 and 2 i.e. M2M and withdraw the present complaint.

            In view of the made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                                    File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
