                        Power of attorney on behalf of JD no.1 filed. DH has made a statement that he has received a DD no.774347 dated 30.11.2021 amounting to Rs.100000/-(Rupees one lac only) from the JD i.e. M2M. So he withdraws the present execution.

                        In view of the statement made above, present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                         File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
