                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Heard. Ld. counsel for the DH made a statement on dated 14.10.2022 that he had received the full and final payment in the present execution. So he does not want to proceed with the present execution being fully satisfied/settled.

                   Hence in view of the statements made by ld. counsel for the DH on dated 14.10.2022, the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied/settled.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
