                   Mr. Manoj Kumar Vashisth, counsel for opposite parties.

                   Today the case was fixed for recording evidence of complainant, but again none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Record reveals that the complaint pertains to the year, 2019 and complainant has already availed eight consecutive opportunities to conclude its evidence, but he has failed to do so, despite the fact that last opportunity was afforded on the previous date of hearing. Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the complaint. Waited sufficiently. It is already 2:00 P.M. No further wait is justified.  It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
