In the result the complaint is allowed in part directing the opposite parties jointly and severally to deliver the two cans to the complainant with diesel of it capacities,i.e. 60& 63 liters,and to pay the present cost of 12.08 liters diesel  which is the excessive measurement of Ex.A1 and Rs.5,000/- towards compensation and Rs.2,000/- towards costs of litigation to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt  of this order. Falling which the amount carries interest 12 percent P.a. till the date of realization.
