ORDER

Present:       Sh.G.S.Sikka, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.Mohit, Branch Manager for OP3.

                   File taken up today in the National Lok Adalat. Sh.Mohit, Branch Manager for OP3 suffered statement that he is ready to refund the entire amount of the mobile set of bill No.8969 dated 27.4.2014 of Rs.20,500/- to the complainant, within one month from today. After record of this statement of Sh.Mohit, counsel for the complainant suffered statement that he accepts offer put forth by Sh.Mohit and in terms of that amount of Rs.20,500/- will be refunded to the complainant after handing over the mobile set by the complainant to OP3.

                   In view of settlement arrived at between the parties, this complaint stands settled in terms that Rs.20,500/- will be payable by OP3 to the complainant after receipt of the mobile set within one month from today. Both the parties will obtain receipts from each other qua the transaction of receipt of Rs.20,500/- and mobile hand set. Award passed accordingly. Copies of order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
