This complaint is coming for  hearing before us on 16^th  day of May, 2015 in the presence of Thiru.N. Anbzhalagan, Counsel for the              complainant, Thiru.K.             This Complaint is filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act to direct the opposite parties to life

       Insurance Corporation Policy amount Rs. 4,00,000/- with interest, mental agony, and to award Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation and

       costs of this petition.                

         Memo filed settled out of  court. The Consumer  Complaint is dismissed as settled out of court.  No Costs.
