ORDER

          The Area  Service Manager of Ops has come present. He has stated that the Ops are ready to replace the product in question with a new one.  The offer of the Ops is acceptable to the complainant. The complainant also states that he is also ready to pay for higher model and he wants to withdraw the complaint in view of settlement. Both the parties have appended their respective note regarding the settlement.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall  replace the product in question with a new one with  fresh warranty within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order failing which the OPs shall pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- as penalty to the complainant and the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint.  ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly..  

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
