The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite parties are absent and have no representation from their side.
The Notice was sent to the complainant on 29.12.2022 and is seen served on 04.01.2023 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department.
The complainant is continuously absenting since 16-07-2021. Hence the Commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and furnish the correct address of the second opposite party. The complainant has not tuned up. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the second opposite party. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.
Hence the complaint is closed as the ‘default’ of the complainant.
