PER: S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that as per the instructions of the complainant he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh before the District Commission, Faridabad on the same cause of action. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of respective statement suffered by Mr. Vikas Kumar, counsel for the complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant will be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before appropriate authority.

3.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of all these documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down the same in the register, if maintained.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
