ORDER
The Complainant Sri Rajdip Chakraborty in person is present.
He has filed an application for amendment of his complaint.
Today is fixed for hearing of argument.
We have heard him at length on the petition file for amendment of the Complaint.
It appears to us the Complainant intends to bring on record many materials. Moreover the case has already reached arguments stage.
Hence, we are not inclined to allow the amendment petition.
Hence it is rejected.
The complainant thereafter prays for allowing him to withdraw the case with a permission to file a fresh case.
As advised by us he has submitted written application in this respect.
The prayer of the complainant is allowed.
The instant consumer complaint is accordingly withdrawn giving liberty to the Complainant to file a fresh complaint after observing legal formalities.
