None for respondent Nos.2 & 3 is present.  The Proxy Advocate of the applicant filed a Pursis seeking permission to withdraw the application.  The applicant wants to proceed with the main execution application pending before Addl. District Consumer Forum, Nagpur.

We, thus, find that as the applicant does not want to proceed with the present application, the permission as sought for required to be granted.

Accordingly, the permission is granted and the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
