After some arguments, the learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file the complaint before the State Commission, considering that the agreed price of the plot according to the complainant was Rs.61,33,990/- and before the District Forum, the complainant had claimed only Rs.8,78,799/- as refund along with interest at the rate of 24 % per annum and Rs.5,00,000/- as damages. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Leave as sought is granted.
