Final Order / Judgement

Mr. Suresh P. Chaugule-Advocate for the complainant & Mr.Amit Pattekar-Advocate for the Opposite Party.

Both the parties have filed Consent Terms on 23rd August, 2016 stating therein that the matter is settled out of Forum and he has received payment of Rs. 10,00000/- (Ten Lac only) by way of Demand draft to the complainant towards full and final settlement therefore he does not want to proceed with this complaint.  In view of the Consent Terms, the consumer complaint stands disposed off as withdrawn and proceeding is closed.
