File is taken up today on the application filed by the complainant. Statement of Sh. Gurjeet Singh complainant recorded to the effect that he has received a new mobile set of Itel model A40 from the opposite parties and also received Rs. 500/- in cash and hand over the old mobile set to Sh. Rohit Kumar of opposite party No. 1. So, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied. He further stated that the original bill of the mobile set which is placed on record may kindly be returned to him. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The Superintendent of this Forum is directed to return the original bill of mobile set to the complainant after obtaining photocopy of the same and against proper receipt. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
