                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Manoj K. Panchal, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement on 20^th April, 2023 that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties as per settlement deed dated 17.03.2023 (Annexure Ex.A-1). His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Manoj K. Panchal,counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
