ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. A perusal of the previous zimni orders indicates that complainant is not turning up for the last five dates of hearing. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue this case. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
