The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite parties are absent and representation from their side

The complainant is absent since 01-11-2022.  Hence the commission has issued the notice to the complainant on 20.12-2022 to appear before the commission. The Notice seen was served on 09-11-22 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The opposite parties filed a memo before the commission on 11.11.21, stating that the subject matter of the above case has been settled amicably between the parties. The opposite parties also submitted that the complainant had expired.

Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
