              Counsel for complainant suffered a statement to withdraw the present complaint due to some technical defect with the permission to file a fresh after removing the defect.

                      In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with the rider to the complainant to file a fresh complaint, after removing the technical defect, if advised so. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
