ORDER

                   Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP-2. Sh. Amandeep Singh, counsel for the OP -2 has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 16.01.2017:-

                        “OP-2 offer to pay the amount of Rs.10000/- plus Rs.3500/- (Rs.13500/-) to the complainant in full and final settlement within 30 days from today”.

                        Sh. Jagmohan Singh Jolly, complainant has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 16.01.2017:-

                        “I accept the offer and withdraw this complaint. I shall return the handset and accessories”.

                        In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-2 shall pay a sum of 13500/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e. 03.02.2017, failing which the OP-2 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly. The complainant shall return the handset and accessories to OP-2 at the time of receiving of the payment of Rs.13500/-.

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
